Look at me island hopping.  Even though its only two islands, I think I can use that phrase.  Being home was lots of fun but now I get to be a tourist.  This being my first time here, I’m told I’ll be able to see it all.  I got in last night so I cant give a reasonable first impression.  Today will be the true test.

The small island of Barbados, holds many large distinctions on the world stage.  It has one of the highest literacy rates in the world and has the distinction of being the only island in the Caribbean considered a ‘developed’ nation.  They have many things to be proud of and that they are.

I’m told many people have many things planned for me today.  Should be fun.   I’m looking forward to it so lets get this show on the road…
